About Heather

Heather Physioc is an internationally recognized executive enterprise discoverability leader at a global marketing agency. She helps enterprise brands across verticals and around the globe to navigate search transformation in the age of AI, and has worked in search since Google became the largest website on earth. Heather is also an international keynote speaker, educator and workshop facilitator who has delivered talks in every hemisphere, and writer whose interdisciplinary work has earned her the title of Search Leader of the Year by the global Drum Awards.

Based in Kansas City, Heather is a graduate of the University of Missouri in Columbia, with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication (advertising), and holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from Rockhurst University. She was an adjunct professor of digital marketing at the Masters level at the University of Kansas until 2024.

Heather is also an accomplished photographer and journalist reporting on conservation, wildlife and the outdoors. She is an active member of the Outdoor Writers Association of America, and Excellence in Craft award winner. She is also an activist for voting rights and fair elections.
